1. Who you are dealing with
tradefrontage.com is operated by Trade Frontage, Ontario, Canada, trading as Trade Frontage. Using this site means you accept these terms.
2. We are not a contractor
We hold no trade licence in any state and we perform no trade work. We build and operate websites, and lease them to contractors who do the work.
3. This site is not an offer
Nothing here is a binding offer to lease a market. Availability, volume figures and terms are indicative and subject to a written agreement between us.
4. Volume figures
Where this site shows enquiry volumes, they are historical measurements from that market’s own records. They are not a forecast and not a guarantee. Search demand moves with season, weather and factors nobody controls. We do not promise rankings, traffic or a number of calls, and no figure here should be treated as a commitment.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from any leasing arrangement, including lost profits or lost business.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

The text, design and imagery on this site are ours. Read it, print it, link to it. Please do not republish it wholesale as your own.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Ontario, Canada, where the site is operated. That does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws where you live.
