Privacy Policy

This site collects what you type into the enquiry form, and nothing else. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers.

Who operates this site

Trade Frontage, Ontario, Canada, trading as Trade Frontage, operates tradefrontage.com. We build and lease local service websites. We are not a licensed contractor in any trade.

What we collect

From the enquiry form: your name, business name, phone, email if given, your trade and market, any message, and the consent wording you agreed to with a timestamp. We also record the IP address and browser the enquiry came from — for spam prevention, and as part of the record that you asked to be contacted.

What we do with it

We reply to you. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with data brokers, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to any third party. Unlike the market sites, this form goes only to us.

Where it goes geographically

This site is operated from Ontario, Canada, and the hosting and email behind it may store data in the United States, Canada or the European Union. If you submit the form your details may cross a national border.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months, then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. Ask us to delete sooner and we will.

Your rights

Wherever you live you may ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email privacy@tradefrontage.com. No charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
