Trade Frontage

The arrangement

How it works

The whole thing on one page, including the parts that are not in our favour. If something here does not suit you, better we both find out now.

  1. We pick a market before we build

We look at who already ranks for the trade in that town. If a strong local operator is already there, we say so and skip it. Most of the markets we take on are held by directory pages and out-of-town companies.

  2. We build a real site

Researched against published state and county sources: what the licence actually requires, what the work costs, what the law says. Dated, and cited.

  3. It ranks, then it rings

This takes months, not weeks. We do not lease a market until it is producing, because a site with no calls is worth nothing to you.

  4. One contractor leases it

Your name and number go on it. Every call and form comes to you. We keep the domain and the site; you have exclusive use for as long as you pay for it.

What it costs

Rent is set against what the market actually produces, and agreed before you start. A market generating five $6,000 jobs a month is not priced like one generating thirty $400 jobs. We will tell you the volume before you commit, and you can watch it for a month first if you would rather.

There is no setup fee, no minimum term and no annual contract.

What happens if you stop

Give us notice and it ends. Your name and number come off the site, and the market goes back on the available list. You keep every customer you have already won — they are yours, not ours.

We will not hold your reviews, your photos or your customer list hostage, because we never had them.

That last row matters more than it looks. The map pack belongs to the contractor with a real address in the town. We rank in the organic results underneath it. The two work together rather than competing.

The honest limitations

Rankings are not guaranteed and nobody can guarantee them

We do not promise a position, and anybody who does is lying to you. What we can show you is what a market is producing right now, before you pay anything.

Volume moves around

Trades are seasonal and search demand moves with weather, storms and the time of year. A good month is not a promise about next month.

We are not a contractor and cannot advise on the work

Every site says so plainly. We hold no trade licence in any state, and the sites tell visitors to verify licensing and insurance directly with you.
